Breakfast on the First Day

Before the Opening Ceremony on the first day of the Congress, you may want to consider hosting our attendees to a good, hearty meal – a good start to a great event. With everybody fresh and on their feet, this is the best time to draw attention. This package allows sponsors to have their company name and logo displayed in the breakfast area.

Teabreaks

There are two 30-minute breaks given everyday (one on the last day), during which light refreshments will be provided to the attendees. If you have your company name and logo displayed on signages in the same area, this means that attendees will be seeing them everyday, twice a day.

Internet Service Area

Attendees will be in the area frequently to check the necessary messages and information. Anyone who has to use the internet will first walk past your company logo on the signages. This gives your company continuous exposure throughout the congress period, from the start to the end of the day.
