HOW TO GET THERE

By Flight
Shanghai can be readily reached by frequent flights from most major cities around the world. There are two international airports in Shanghai:

■ Pudong International Airport (airport code PVG) and
■ Hongqiao International Airport (airport code SHA).

Please note which airport you will arrive at. It is very convenient to reach Shanghai International Convention Center from both airports.

By Train
Shanghai has 2 railway stations: Shanghai Railway Station and Shanghai South Railway Station.

From Shanghai Railway Station, you can take Metro 1 to People’s Square Station and transfer to Metro 2 to Lujiazui Station, then walk to Shanghai International Convention Center.

By Maglev
Take the maglev (available only at Pudong airport) to the terminal: Longyang Road Station transfer to Metro 2 to Lujiazui Station, then walk to Shanghai International Convention Center or take a taxi from Longyang Road Station to Shanghai International Convention Center (the fare is about RMB 20-30)

Operating hours of the maglev: 7:00 - 21:00

Metro

It is only 5 minutes’ walk from Lujiazui Station to Shanghai International Convention Center.

There is a basic charge (about RMB 11), which increases after 11 pm, and an additional charge depending on the distance.

Bus
There are many bus terminals around Shanghai International Convention Center, including 81, 82, 85, 870, 985, 795 and 774 etc.
