Thanks again for the wonderful IAC experience. It has been a great success for us and we will work together with the German Ozeanium and the St. Petersburg aquarium to make Aqualife: The Baltic Sea. We will also have leads with Rotterdam Zoo, Phuket aquarium, the Australian group and Red Sea.

We had decided not to say anything to you as I suspected this was not >> intentional, but now that you ask for comment: If I had any complaint, it would be that those people who came late to apply for booth space, got the most prime locations outside in the conference hall lobby. We would have hoped you would recognize the extreme advantage this gave those person as they had their booths open during the cocktail party, >> during the day of set up and during the day when we were taken down. All in all nearly 100% more time to display their products and services... and I don't think there is anything you could do to fix that. All of us who came early and advance paid actually got a *much worse* location in the back, out of the biggest traffic area. I have to admit, Ben and I was not happy about that *AT ALL* and I am sure I speak for all the other commercial attendees. I know our Australian colleagues were as unhappy as we were. But that I guess was an accident that you did not foresee. But not good luck for us, so if you ever do another, please consider this, though I am sure you have already heard this ten times..
